The League of Moveable Type

The founders of this league, Caroline and Micah, believe “Maybe there’s nothing wrong with giving things away sometimes.” So, all its fonts are open source fonts.
The starting point of this founder was the @font-face – CSS’s new most discussed properties, which allows designer use fonts outside of the few “web safe” fonts.
The fonts available on this website are not only free but well designed. You are also welcomed to contribute, share with fellow font lovers.

Another typography related website. It is so obvious when you enter a high quality website – it is organized, readable, and informative. I have not yet got the full scope of this site yet, but it sure covers a lot from typeface to legal issue.
More fun, it has a new challenge every week called “type battle” – just like a small type exercise.
This week is “Battle 30″.

To many designers, I may have a very boring job. However, I enjoy it very much because it is mostly about typography. I think typography is very powerful but subtle, essential but varied.
Typography feartures “fresh work from creative professionals”. High quality and inspiring.
